At the beginning of the year I made a very nice 3 storey cake plate from old plates and saucers and I gave it to my sister as a birthday present . I have additional dishes at home lying around with the idea that it will be yet another cake stand but this I intend to keep for myself. In one of the year's Buffet newspapers, I found a very good recipe for luxury chicken pie that I have made a number of times during the year. (Chicken pie) My husband and I have been around the country on a little job assignments and when we passed Gothenburg this summer we decided to stop by the “Flickorna Kanold” for some purchases of chocolates. They have the tastiest chocolates that you can buy. In early June, I received my graduation from medical secretary and got my first permanent job in the emergency department at Mälarsjukhuset. I'm very happy. During the year, I have visited two of the city's new restaurants that were worth remembering . Elite City Hotel's restaurant Yvonne and Resturang Kalas. Both I can heartily recommend. Very good food and good service. Last fall I did a boeuf bourguignon stew which I also did a film on It is available (here). I hope that the new year will full of new experience and new food incontuers.
